A brilliant opportunity has opened up for a Receptionist - Audiology based in Perth on a full time basis.

Our client is an independently owned audiology clinic. They provide hearing tests, hearing aids and personal home alert systems for their patients. 
    
Here's what you will be doing:
You will be responsible for using your skills and experience to undertake a variety of tasks and ensure that you uphold their excellent customer service skills they are known for.
 
Applicants will need their own license and vehicle.
 
Duties will include:  
• Opening and closing the clinic 
• Helping patients with their paperwork 
• Filing 
• Answering calls 
• Bookkeeping 
• Processing payments  
  
Experience and skills required:  
• Audiology clinic experience beneficial 
• Must have a professional phone manner 
• Knowledge and understanding of MSO Suites
• MYOB experience 
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent organisational skills
